These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of staffglide.com and the virtual assistant staffing services offered by Staff Glide LLC ("Staff Glide," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

When you book a consultation or submit a lead form, you are requesting information about our services. A consultation does not create an engagement or any obligation on the part of either party until a separate written services agreement is signed.

If you engage Staff Glide to provide virtual assistant staffing, the terms of that engagement will be set forth in a separate Master Services Agreement and any related Statements of Work. Those documents will govern the specific scope, pricing, payment terms, confidentiality, and duration of the engagement. These Terms apply only to your use of the website and to pre-engagement interactions.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing for any engagement will be specified in your Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices after providing written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on staffglide.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Staff Glide LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal business use.

By submitting a form or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Staff Glide and our marketing partner NetRyse related to your inquiry, including phone calls, text messages, and email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us directly.

7. AI-Assisted Communications

Some of our outreach calls and follow-up communications are facilitated by an AI assistant ("Gia"). You will be informed when you are speaking with our AI assistant. You may request to speak with a human team member at any time during such a conversation.

8. Third-Party Services

The website includes links to and integrations with third-party services, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Calendly, Google Analytics, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policy. Staff Glide is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and any pre-engagement information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staff Glide LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the website. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. Engagements under a separate Master Services Agreement are governed by the liability provisions in that agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Staff Glide LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
